Teaching Style
My teaching and instruction is partly from my training but more so from what I experience as a student.
I observe my student’s needs in a class and will provide both verbal cues and physical adjustments (when necessary) to ensure students are meaningfully guided into an experience that is accessible, comfortable and safe. My yoga classes include the support of props as needed by the student.
I offer a supportive, playful and creative space for you to come as you are and experience the joy of movement and relaxation.
About Zoe’s Ayurveda
Ayurveda
Zoe has been trained by Myra Lewin, Ayurvedic Practitioner (AP) and Ayurveda Yoga Therapist (AYT) from Hale Pule. Hale Pule is a center for healing and learning committed to sharing the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda and Yoga. Hale Pule was founded by Myra Lewin in 1999 with the intention of creating a healing space where people from all over the world can learn how to find balance in their lives.

Ayurvedic Care
My practice of Ayurveda came originally through Yoga when my own yoga teacher introduced me to the Ayurvedic approach to living. I began through self guided learning growing my own food and learning how to eat and cook it Ayurvedically.
You can expect my support will centre around changing your relationship with food (and your habits). Gently meeting you where you are and guided by the area of your greatest need.
My care comes in the form of traditional private health coaching or as your private in home chef and doula (non medical care giver).
