Private sessions and group workshops
The holistic healing sessions draw on the systems of Yoga & Ayurveda; and will be adapted to an individuals acute or chronic ailments by bringing whole body into symmetry and balance using diet (ahar), dinacharya (lifestyle routine), asana (physical poses), pranayama (breathing exercises) & dhyana (meditation).
These sessions will be offered formally after completion of my Ayurvedic and Yoga Therapy studies - currently underway with estimated completion (end of 2025).
