We did it Zoe! Another beautiful baby girl. Charlotte Rose Croucher. Born last night at 10.45pm, 4.19kg. No drugs! Thank you so so much for everything. We are over the moon! Rob got to deliver her with the midwives as I stood beside and over the bed! He was so pleased with himself. ⁠⁠

Thanks again for all your help with the course. I did my best to remain calm and positive and breathe between my contractions but during them I was a primal screaming beast haha trying to be louder than the pain for some reason! The entire hospital would have heard me! The bearing down sensation is amazing, you just have this urge don’t you and you just keep going. The tens machine I rented was a life saver! ⁠⁠

I am so pleased I did your amazing hypnobirthing course Zoe. After the long traumatic birth I had with Tilly, I so wanted this birth to be a positive and uplifting experience like so many women experience. It certainly was just that! I couldn’t have done it without your knowledge, positivity, passion and words of encouragement that you passed on every week we met in the lead up to the birth. Thank you so much Zoe!
